Mumbo Jumbo Hogmanay, Audio Soup and Kelburn Garden Party (Viewpoint Stage) also hosted the AmbiDECKstrous vibes! Sunday 9th

Callum Baird
DOORS 7:30pm // £5 OTD or £Tickets here

dinburgh based singer-songwriter, Calum Baird, releases his new song, City For Sale at the Leith Depot, Leith, Edinburgh. The song is called “City For Sale” and it’s all about gentrification, destruction of music and cultural spaces, cities being turned into commuter towns with nothing to offer but hotels and luxury apartments, whilst ordinary working people are forced into submission or out of the cities all together by landlords, developers, hedge-funds and lawyers. Leith Depot is the perfect place for the launch of this song, because The Depot is one such venue threatened by a new development which is threatening to engulf Leith walk in posh flats and a luxury hotel, whilst local business, music venues and the people that live and work there suffer.
