We have four new Specials and one new Dessert for January

Every last friday of the month we are adding 4 new seasonal specials to our menu

VEGAN : Vegan Cottage Pie - Braised Brown Lentils and Mushrooms cooked in Red Wine & Herbs, topped with Parsnip, Potato and Smoked Applewood Cheese Mash, served with Green Beans and Carrots

Grilled Marinated Coconut Chicken Curry with Peanut and Lime Sauce served with Ginger and Garlic Fried Rice and Peas (GF)

Seafood Lasagna - Layers of Pasta with Smoked Haddock, Leeks, Gruyere and Crab cooked with Tomatoes, Garlic and Chilli topped with Bechamel and Parmesan

VEGAN : Syrian Aubergine - Roast Aubergine stuffed with Middle Eastern Spiced Onions, Chickpeas, Olives, Cashew Nuts and Dried Fruit. Baked in a Rich Tomato Sauce topped with Toasted Almonds, Coriander & Tahini (VG)

FESTIVE DESSERT : Mulled Wine Poached Pear with Hazelnut Granola and Mascarpone

We have three local beers on our rotational taps this month:

Campervan Leith Porter

This comforting dark beer is a rich and well balanced Porter. Its milk chocolate and cold press coffee flavours work in harmony with a smooth bitterness.

Moonwake RYE IPA

A synergistic blend of rye and crystal malts with notes of stone fruit and pear from Calypso, Ekuanot and El-Dorado hops.

Moonwake Pale Ale

Added oats give Moonwake Pale Ale a smooth mouthfeel alongside tropical flavours of mango, lychee and berries.
