VEGAN : Syrian Aubergine - Roast Aubergine stuffed with Middle Eastern Spiced Onions, Chickpeas, Olives, Cashew Nuts and Dried Fruit. Baked in a Rich Tomato Sauce topped with Toasted Almonds, Coriander & Tahini (VG)
We have three local beers on our rotational taps this month:
A juicy IPA for every occasion. Extra pale and dry-hopped at three stages with Citra, Bru-1 and Talus hops, bringing pineapple, pink grapefruit , pine resin and tropical notes to the fore.
Newbarns Pale Ale
Newbarns's core-range Pale Ale, brewed with a base of pale Golden Promise malt, fermented using a clean ale yeast, and hopped with a rotating hop bill.
Moonwake Pale Ale
Added oats give Moonwake Pale Ale a smooth mouthfeel alongside tropical flavours of mango, lychee and berries.
