Syrian Aubergine - Roast Aubergine stuffed with Middle Eastern Spiced Onions, Chickpeas, Olives, Cashew Nuts and Dried Fruit. Baked in a Rich Tomato Sauce topped with Toasted Almonds, Coriander & Tahini

Vegetable Lasagne - Asparagus, Green Beans, Broccoli, Peas, Broad Beans in Mascarpone with Kale + Pistachio Pesto, Bechamel+ Parmesan Cheese w/Smoked Garlic Bread

Core range Pale Ale 4.8%. This version is hopped with Ekuanot.

CrossBorders Heavy

Modernised with Belgian malts to bring a subtle raisin element to complement the classic toffee flavours you expect in a sublime 80 /-

Moonwake Pale Ale

Added oats give this Pale Ale a smooth mouthfeel alongside tropical flavours of mango, lychee and berries.
